Koozie Order Page
Please use this page to make your selections for the Koozies included in your booked package.
Be sure to include all information and check for accuracy in the order form at the bottom of the page. Nebraska Party Bus is not responsible for printing errors from incorrectly input information.
1. Select your Style Choice
2.Select your Color Choice (You may select up to 2 colors, If two colors are selected you will receive half of one color and half of the second color. We do not offer multiple colors on the same Koozie)
3.Enter the Names and Date information to be printed on your Koozie
4.Submit your Order - All orders must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled reservation
**Please note the following:
*All orders are printed on Black Koozies so dark colors may be harder to see
*Orders cannot be modified after they have been placed so please insure accuracy prior to submitting
*Orders without a valid and active confirmation number will be canceled
